By accessing the hub, you enter a formal agreement with BCCH for the provision of forensic analysis and digital asset investigations. These terms govern your interaction with our specialized infrastructure and technical experts.

Usage of our systems constitutes acceptance of all technical protocols and legal boundary definitions outlined herein.

2. Eligibility

Services are restricted to individuals or entities who have a direct legal interest in the digital assets under review. Users must be at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to authorize technological investigations on the specified networks.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure accuracy in investigative results, users agree to:

  • Provide comprehensive transaction data points
  • Verify the authenticity of all submitted documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of ongoing investigative methods

4. Data Standards

All metadata processed during analysis is subject to strict cybersecurity protocols. We do not retain PII (Personally Identifiable Information) longer than necessary for the completion of the technical audit.

5. Mutual Termination

Either party may terminate the investigative engagement if technical feasibility is compromised or if legal compliance requirements are not met. BCCH reserves the right to cease operations if digital environment threats are detected.
